These traditional favorites cut some of the sugar with a Splenda blend and all natural peanut butter. And you can’t tell the difference!  With only 8 G of carbohydrates, they won’t undo your day. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all natural peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 heaping cup Splenda brown sugar blend
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2.) Place peanut butter and sugar in mixing bowl and beat until creamy

3.) Add egg and vanilla

4.) Form into 15 small balls, place on cookie sheet and press down lightly on top with fork to make criss-cross imprint

5.) Bake in oven for about 10 minutes or until desired crispness

6.) Let cool for several minutes on cookie sheet prior to moving to cooling rack
