This easy to main meal is easy to make and packed full of flavor with only 225 calories and 15 grams of carbohydrates per serving! 

**Sodium levels likely lower as most of the marinade  doesn’t get consumed**

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken (cubed)
  • 2 green bell peppers (large chopped)
  • 1 red onion (large chopped)
  • 1 package white button mushrooms (washed)
  • 1 package grape tomatoes
  • 2-3 tsp Good Season’s dry Italian dressing mix
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

1.) Place all items in bowl and shake

2.) Let marinate for 1 hour (shake 2-3 times)

3.) Skewer mix and grill on high heat for 5-10 minutes

 
**May add zucchini, squash or other veggies with minimal carbohydrate content**
**Soak skewers in water to prevent burning on grill**
**Shrimp, steak and tofu also work for this recipe**
