Ingredients

  • Bunch of Asaparagus (24 spears)
  • 12 Pieces prosciutto (may sub salami or capicola)
  • 1/3 cup cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper 

Directions

1.) Cut woody stems off asparagus

2.) Spread thin layer of cream cheese on prosciutto

3.) Wrap 3 spears of asparagus up in prosciutto

4.) Drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste

5.) Grill on high heat or bake in over set to 450 until prosciutto is crisp (7-10 minutes)
