Ingredients

  • Black Beans: 1 can (drained)
  • Green Bell: 2 cups (chopped)
  • Roma Tomatoes: 1 cup (chopped)
  • Red Onion: 1/2 cup (chopped)
  • Avocado: 1/2 cup (chopped)
  • Yellow Corn: 1/4 cup (drained)
  • Cilantro: 1/2 cup (fresh chopped)
  • Lime Juice: 1 fruit or 1/4 cup juice (unsweetened)
  • Cumin: 2 tbsp (ground)
  • White Vinegar: 1 tbsp
  • Salt: 1/2 tsp (or to taste)

Directions

1.) Combine all ingredients in container
